You must be a first time homebuyer or not have owned a home in 3 years.Your household income must meet the following guideline:

1 person household:             income cannot exceed $ 68,160               

2 person household:             income cannot exceed $ 77,880

3 person household:             income cannot exceed $ 87,600

4 person household:             income cannot exceed $ 97,320
